Hi, I’m Pelvic Coach Julie!
I’m so excited to share my newest adventure with you.
For years, I have been working with people to find their life balance when it comes to diet and exercise with my Fill Your Cup book and website.
After listening to my clients complain that they didn’t lose weight after trying a plethora of diets, I decided to write Fill Your Cup, to serve as a guide with my simple formula of Portion Control and life balance that keeps your body in a size you can enjoy!

I’ve always loved moving my body. I’m a certified Pilates instructor and indoor cycling instructor. I give my clients great workouts in the club as well as in small groups and private coaching in my garage studio.
I decided to take my fitness teaching even further by offering deep core coaching that leads me to what I’m doing now. Interactive fitness for revitalizing people’s pelvic floors and leading them back into a life of strength, dignity and ease.
The pelvic floor is a group of muscles, ligaments and connective tissues in the pelvis. These are needed to support the bladder, bowel, uterus or prostate and when they become weak or tight all kinds of issues can occur from urinary stress incontinence, bowel control and lesser sexual function.

My areas of focus include Pre & Post Natal, Prostate, Tight Pelvic Floor and Mature Women.
I want to bring my pelvic floor work to more people and what better way than by offering live groups classes and private coaching on-line. Come check out my new website Pelvic Coach Julie.
Now, I can reach more people, and because we’re dealing with a sensitive topic, pelvic floor issues practice for my program is done in the privacy of your own home. This can let you comfortably share the practice with your friends and family who need it.
Now you can practice and share Fill Your Cup with Pelvic Coach Julie without any embarrassment or worry.

I received my training in pelvic floor with Kelly Kane of the Kane School in New York and Dr. Bruce Crawford of the PFilates method and was certified with Dr. Crawford here in AZ. I have also studied the Pelvic Floor work of Brent Anderson.
I’m a member of Pilates Method Alliance and have been trained in cycle training, spinning by Stages, Johnny G and Nautilus. I have a Pilates Certification through the Physical Mind Institute, and have participated in continuing education conferences all over the U.S.
Before moving to Phoenix, I grew up in Los Angeles and attended the University of Southern California where I earned a bachelor’s degree in business and was a member of USC’s Surf Team.
When not working out and training clients, I love watching my three sons participate in their activities, or snowboarding, running, hiking, and gardening. I also support the TGen Biomedical Cancer Research Foundation in Phoenix, AZ as much as I can.
